| Background

- This session is to share the results of civil society initiatives on COVID-19, SDGs and democracy in Asia.
- Concretely, 3 outcomes – Declaration of the Kathmandu Democracy Forum (KMDF) in October 2020 by AND, 10 Recommendations from the Tokyo Democracy Forum (TDF) by JANIC and the Civil Society Report on SDG 16+ in 12 countries in Asia by the ADA will be shared at the session.
